Our Shiitake Mushroom Burgers deliver a succulent, savoury bite with deep umami flavour. Made for the grill, flat-top, or fryer, they cook up perfectly every time. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
FEEL GOOD Ingredients
Shiitake Mushroom (42%) (containing natural Sulphites), Water, Coconut Oil, Isolated Soy Protein, Glutinous Rice Flour, Onion, Tapioca Flour, Tomato Paste, Yeast Extract, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Mushroom Powder
STORAGE
Store frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at or below 5°C. 3 years frozen. Consume within 2 days of opening.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation: Cooked from thawed. Season lightly with salt on both sides.
DEEP FRYER
Heat deep fryer to 180°C / 350°F.
Add burger to fryer, frying for 2-3 mins.
Once cooked, rest burger for 1 min.
PAN or GRILL
Heat grill or pan on Medium-High. Add oil once hot.
Add burger to the pan, cooking for 2-3 mins on each side.
OVEN
Pre-heat oven to 230°C / 450°F.
Add burger to the oven, cooking for 7-8 mins.
Tip: melt cheese on top after the burger is cooked
