Our Shiitake Mushroom Burgers deliver a succulent, savory bite with deep umami flavour. Made for the grill, flat-top, or fryer, they cook up perfectly every time. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
FEEL GOOD Ingredients
Shiitake Mushroom (42%) (Naturally Occurring Sulphites), Water, Coconut Oil, Isolated Soy Protein, Glutinous Rice Flour, Onion, Tapioca Flour, Tomato Paste, Yeast Extract, Gluten Free Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Salt, Mushroom Powder
STORAGE
Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 5°C or below and use within 7 days. 2 years frozen. Consume within 3 days of opening.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook from thawed.
DEEP FRYER
Heat deep fryer to 180°C / 350°F.
Cook burger for 2 mins in deep fryer.
Let rest for 1 min to drain oil before serving.
PAN or GRILL
Pre-heat grill or pan on very high. Once hot, add oil.
Add a sprinkle of salt to the burger patty.
Cook on each side for 2-3 mins, until a nice crust has formed.
Optional: add cheese after first flip to melt.
