Shiitake mince - 3mm grind; Shiitake shreds - 5mm shreds.

Shiitake Mushroom (Naturally Occurring Sulphites), Canola Oil (Non GMO).

STORAGE

Store frozen below -18°C or refrigerated below 4°C.
2 years frozen. 7 days refrigerated. Use within 2 days of opening.

Thaw product and mix with beef (or other ground protein), form into desired format and cook immediately or refrigerate. Refreeze if holding for more than one day.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

70% beef
30% shiitake

Best for burger patty mix, meatballs other formed products.

60% beef
40% shiitake

Best for ground or shredded beef products.
