A delicious and succulent culinary protein made from shiitake mushrooms. Packed in 180g packs, retorted and ready for the shelves. Crafted using simple and natural ingredients you’d recognise. Strictly free from GMO, preservatives and artificial ingredients.
FEEL GOOD Ingredients
Shiitake Mushroom (65%) (containing natural Sulphites), Water, Coconut Oil, Soy Protein Isolate (non GMO), Tapioca Flour, Soy Sauce, Mushroom Seasoning.
STORAGE
Can be stored frozen, chilled, or ambient.
Frozen at -18°C, chilled below 5°C, or in a cool dry place below 25°C. Once opened, store in a sealed container and keep refrigerated below 5°C. Consume within 3 days of opening.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
HEAT
Bring your pan to a high heat and add oil. Fry Fable for 5 minutes. Keep it chunky or pull, slice or mince.
COOK
Add a spice mix or sauce marinade of your choice and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
