Chunky

The shroomiest version of the hot trend smash burger, can be prepared in advance or smashed like a traditional smash patty.

Using a ring mould

Designed for quick turn around during service this is the ultimate alternative to the ready made mushroom patties.

  1. Defrost Fable.

  2. Roast the Fable in the oven at 450°F/230°C for 8 mins.

  3. Add to a bowl with a sauce such as BBQ and mix until well combined.

  4. Once the Fable and sauce are combined, spoon the mixture into ring molds and press till compacted. 

  5. Push out of the ring mold and top with cheese. Melt the cheese.
